I’m not a native Charlottean, but the Greater Charlotte area has been home since 1989 — long enough to know its neighborhoods, its people, and how homes really sell here. Today my family and I call Huntersville home, and over the years we’ve also lived in Charlotte, Wingate, and Mint Hill. I’ve been practicing real estate since 2019 and have closed 25+ transactions across the Carolinas, and I’m also a longtime landlord who has owned and managed multiple rental properties of my own — so I’ve sat on just about every side of a real estate deal.
